Counsellor/Therapist (Taunton)

The Green House has a new opportunity to offer a counselling service for men in the Taunton area. We are looking to recruit an experienced and accredited counsellor or psychotherapist for the Adult Service to work on a sessional self-employed basis for 5 hours a week.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years post accreditation experience. Where applicants demonstrate extensive clinical experience they may be considered for a Senior Therapist role. The Senior Therapists undertake clinical assessments for clients entering the service as well as maintaining their own caseload of clients.

Most of the work will be based in Taunton on Fridays.  The successful candidate will be required to attend some meetings at our Bristol office.

The role is self-employed and the rate is £30 per clinical hour for the Therapist role and £35 for the Senior Therapists.  Administrative time is charged at £15 per hour.  External clinical supervision, induction and training are provided by The Green House.

2 x Counsellors/Therapists (Bristol)

We are currently recruiting for two therapists with strong mental health experience to work in our Adult Service. The roles will be for 7.5 hours per week (5 clinical hours + admin time and meetings) providing counselling during weekday afternoons and evenings.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years post accreditation experience. Where applicants demonstrate extensive clinical experience they may be considered for a Senior Therapist role. Counselling student placements and volunteers

Due to the nature of our work we only employ qualified counsellors and do not take student placements. We do not have any voluntary opportunities currently available.
