We believe that anyone affected by sexual abuse deserves the opportunity to heal and recover from their experiences. We are looking for an experienced operations manager to join us in our mission to provide life-changing counselling services for survivors of sexual abuse.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a senior leadership position at The Green House, shaping the creation and continuous improvement of our operations. The role will ensure that we have simple, clear systems and processes that deliver the organisation’s HR, appointment booking, supplier/ contract management, book-keeping and accounts management, facilities and administrative support.
As well as operations management, the Operations Manager will often be the first person our clients and counsellors liaise with. The right candidate will be an empathetic manager, who cares deeply for our staff and service users, and who possesses a talent for translating strategic objectives into clear, measurable change-projects.
