Adults Service Clinical Lead
The Green House provides counselling and psychotherapy for adults, children and young people who have experienced sexual trauma including rape and sexual abuse at any time in their lives. Our counselling services are free and we provide up to six months of therapy for each client.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Lead with extensive clinical and management experience to manage our Adult Service. The Adult Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing The Green House Adults Service Team. The role will also include a clinical caseload of 2 clients per week and 2 clinical assessments for clients entering the service.
Our therapists currently work across a wide range of therapeutic models including humanistic, integrative and psychodynamic. We would consider counsellors / therapists trained in other suitable modalities which would be widely accessible to our clients on a short-term basis.
External clinical supervision, induction and training are provided by The Green House.
