Lydia, who’s preferred name is Lily, is an Art Psychotherapist and a Nature-Based Arts Therapist who works at the Greenhouse offering 1:1 sessions and also co-running the Nature Based Creative Therapy Group for young people aged 14-18 years old.
Since qualifying in 2014, Lily has gained over 10 years of experience as an Art Therapist supporting children, young people and their families within schools and charitable organisations and has completed specific further training for trauma recovery. Lily uses a wide variety of arts, play and creative materials, including nature objects that can be supportive to each young person finding their own way to engage in therapy.
In her spare time Lily likes to sketch, make things with clay, read books, go for walks and wild swims, and to sit by a real fire.
