Her work is trauma-informed and offers creativity to help individuals discover their own unique forms of self-expression. India offers an open, flexible and embodied approach to therapy that may incorporate storytelling and story-making, myth, roleplay, play, art making, movement, talking and more.
In her spare time, India enjoys being out in nature, especially by the sea! She enjoys open water swimming, cooking and singing.
