Megan joined the Green House in May 2024 as TGH’s first in-house Head of Fundraising and Communications. Meg previously worked in international developments specialising in growing junior fundraising programmes to diversify and grow income across streams; after someone she knew sought justice for their experience of sexual abuse, she decided to move sector and put the full force of her ambition and skills behind resourcing support for survivors. She now oversees TGH’s Communications and leads our Fundraising Strategy to nurture and grow our relationships and income across Trusts and Foundations, individuals, digital appeals, businesses and philanthropists. She loves writing, learning Spanish, and chatting about putting young survivors at the heart of change.
