Anna is an experienced therapist who has worked in trauma and abuse services for over 10 years. She is an Art Psychotherapist and an Environmental Arts Therapist. This means she uses creativity and nature with psychotherapy to help people work towards feeling stronger.
Anna does lots of different things at The Green House. She runs our Nature Based Creative Therapy Service and offers trauma focused groups and 1-1 therapy on the land at Grow Wilder. Anna also works indoors, helping children and young people make sense of their difficult experiences using CATT (Children’s Accelerated Trauma Technique) and EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Anna is our Senior Therapist. This means she helps trainee therapists learn how to become therapists that work alongside children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse or assault.
When Anna is not working for The Green House, she enjoys spending time out in nature, baking, and swimming. Anna is a Senior Trainer at The School of Environmental Arts Therapy.
Anna graduated with an MA in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths in 2015 and is HCPC registered and a member of BAAT, The British Association of Art Therapists.
